Pont-l'Évêque cheese ±400g (1x piece)
This unpasteurised cow's milk cheese comes from the commune of Pont-LÉvêque in Normandy. It is a smooth textured cheese that has a strong aroma! The rind can be eaten, but for those that prefer a milder experience it should be removed. It is protected by an AOC (Appelation d'origine contrôlé) and is made by the affineur Domaine de Plessis. It won a Gold Medal in Paris in 2020.
