Mont d'Or cheese ±400g (1x piece)
This unpasteurised cow's milk cheese is only produced between August and March, when the Simmental and Montbeliarde herds come down from their high Alpine pastures. The cheese is soft and creamy and has a strong flavour profile. It can be eaten as is or alternatively wrap the box in foil and warm it in the oven for a fondu style treat. It is protected by an AOC (Appelation d'origine contrôlé).
