Foie gras de canard entier (mi-cuit) 120g
Located in the heart of the Landes area in south west France, Phillipe and Isabelle Andignac set up their business in 1991. Their products are superb, and you can find their foie gras in many Michelin star restaurants around the world. The delicate "mi-cuit" we have here should be kept in the fridge and allowed to come to room temperature before serving.
