Basque Ibaïama pork Tenderloin (500g)

Our Ibaïama pork Tenderoin (known as the heart of the loin in French) comes from the wonderful Ibaïama pig, raised in the wilds of the Basque mountains.

It is then coated in a delicious Paprika and other smokey spices. Slice it and BBQ it for a delicious alternative to steak!
