Corn fed boneless chicken thighs (4x pieces)

These are fantastic French high welfare chickens. They’re fed a diet of maize which leads to a great depth of flavour, and beautiful look on the plate.

The thighs are succulent and easy to cook. Having been deskinned & deboned they are highly versatile, Roasted, grilled on a barbeque, great in fajitas, or curries. The thighs have been deboned come packed in fours.
