This green Extra Virgin olive oil is made from Picual olives from Cordoba in Andalusia (Spain). It is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil, produced with green olives, picked before maturity at the beginning of October. It offers intense notes of tomato leaves, with a fresh, herbaceous, tonic flavor.
This oil is perfect with raw vegetables, tomatoes and mozzarella, fresh goat cheese, smoked salmon, in a marinade or dressing.
