"Au Bon Beurre" artisanal butter
"Au Bon Beurre" butter is made by Olivier Martin in the village of Beaulencourt in northern France. He uses the cream from three different breeds of cattle (Jersey, Holstein and Normande) which give the butter its unique flavour. It comes in a 250g pack either unsalted "doux" or lightly salted (3%) "demi-sel".

Salted variety is great on toast!
Wonderfully rich and creamy, a great accompaniment to my lockdown sourdough! The only downside is my butter intake has more than doubled!
