The Puntoun farm is a family story... Third generation Jean-Pierre Lamothe took over the farm in 1986. Nestled in the heart of a valley in the south of Gers in South West France, the ducks of the Ferme du Puntoun flourish in the open air.
This Foie Gras is easily sliced to make cooking or serving far easier!
The delicate "mi-cuit" we have here should be kept in the fridge and allowed to come to room temperature before serving.
