Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Maison Jaffelin
Founded in 1816, the maison Jaffelin house is now considered the smallest of the great houses of Burgundy. The house Jaffelin vinifies and ages his wines in the historic center of Beaune in the prestigious cellars of the Chapter of Our Lady of the twelfth century, maintaining traditional methods. This Blanc de Blancs Crémant de Bourgogne is elaborated only from white grapes, and mainly Chardonnay. Made in the traditional way, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle to obtain more delicate and fine bubbles.
