Livarot (200g)

Known as 'The Colonel' due to the 5 rings of rings of dried bullrush wrapped around it which resemble the lines on a colonel's uniform.

Livarot is one of the great cheeses of Normandy. Made in the Calvados region,  Livarot is very strong tasting, with a creamy texture. It has a sticky orange surface, a strong aroma and a full-flavored nutty and spicy taste.
