Clams from the Poole Harbour in Dorset, on the south couast. Achieving a world first in 2018 for gaining both MSC and RFS(Responsible Fishing Scheme) accreditation, the natural harbour, which was formed in the last ice age is fed by a number several rivers, the largest being the Frome. This creates the perfect environment for both clams and cockles. Perfect for a spaghetti alle vongele. Available in 500g packs.
Doesn't get better than this and made the most amazing vongole. My venetian partner rated them so that speaks volumes. Only tip I'd give is get two as we thought one was too skimpy

I really like the clams! I made my favourite dish, spaghetti vongole with them and the flavour of the clam juice in the sauce was just perfect for me!
Used these LMDC clams to make spaghetti al vongale and they were spectacular! So sweet and super fresh
