Mockbeggar Farm Forced Rhubarb 400g

Stunning forced rhubarb from our Kent suppliers.  This beautifully fragrant and subtly flavoured rhubarb has the perfect balance of sweet and acid flavour.  Grown in the dark and harvested by candlelight these blisteringly watermelon pink stems are long and tasty.

Use in a crumble, in a compote, in a tarte, or add it to gin.

Please note, the leaves are poisonous - so don't eat them.
