Irish beef, the cattle were born and raised in the Wexford Valley in South East Ireland. We've aged this for you for 35 days in a Himalayan salt chamber then trimmed and rolled it. Beautifully marbled, tender and with a deep umami beef flavour this is the perfect centrepiece for any table.
