Traditional artisanally smoked salmon (200g)
We love to find people who produce amazing things and we found Spring's recently. Based in the South Downs National Park, they are a true traditional smokery. They hand fillet every side, cure (far longer) using only salt and hang smoke in their brick kilns for over 24hrs using only whole oak logs.

The taste was good, not too salty, slightly thick tender slices. Alas each one with an edge of brown meat, needing cutting off.
Very good quality - my son eats it on its own, the bread only slows him down!!
