Our capons are reared by artisinal producers in the Gers in South West France, if you're experienced in eating them we can guarantee this will be the best capon you have ever had - rich in deep flavour.
The capons spend their lives outside, in the maize field, enjoying a life that is the diametric opposite of intensive farming. They're carefully fattened on maize and milk, which means the dry Christmas bird is a thing of the past!
