These are delicious.... perfect cooked with a bit of garlic and parsley and added to pasta or mushroom risotto.
Easy to cook. Smells and tastes earthy and delicious. Nice in a cream sauce with pasta too!
Absolutely delicious. A bit fiddly that the different types of mushroom had different cooking requirements, but worth it.
We really enjoyed the 1st iteration of these mushrooms a couple of weeks ago - girolles, hedgehog mushrooms and maitake (hen of the woods). I hope future selections will be just as strong. I found the girolles to be far superior to those you were selling a while back, even though they seemed fine at the time.
